Ashleigh Prince
Ashleigh has been part of the creative industry since she was 18, and her work today is grounded in a simple conviction: caring for people and caring for the planet go hand in hand. That belief has shaped a career that bridges two worlds, with 10+ years as a producer and 9+ years as a sustainability consultant, giving her a rare, on-the-ground understanding of how productions actually run and where sustainability fits into that reality.
As a Senior Sustainability Consultant and Advisor, Ashleigh works directly with sustainability coordinators, advising and supporting their sustainability efforts from the ground up. She manages relationships with vetted, sustainable vendors, oversees carbon accounting, and helps manage sustainability budgets for productions. Her work spans both the numbers and the narrative: she conducts cost-based analyses alongside qualitative and quantitative reporting, giving productions a clear picture of both their environmental impact and the value of sustainable choices. Over the course of her career, Ashleigh has brought this expertise to an estimated 30+ series and films, working across 10+ regions in the US and 4 in Canada, and becoming a trusted advisor for production teams navigating sustainability at every stage.
Ashleigh has also shared this expertise with the wider industry as a session facilitator, leading Cost-Based Analysis for Sustainability Practitioners and The Chain of Command to Climate Action | Listening and Communicating.
Ashleigh is currently completing a degree in Environmental Studies and received the Sustainability Production in Entertainment Certification (SPEC) in 2024.
