Learning Outcomes

By the end of this program, participants will:

  • Session 1:  Foundations - Climate Change and Your Company

  • Session 2: Get Clear - Understand your Systems and Clarify a Strategic Vision  

  • Session 3: Build it - Vision, Mission, and Focus Areas

  • Session 4: Pitch it - Track Progress and Get Everyone Onboard 

  • Bonus: Book a 90 min 1:1 meeting with your Green Spark Group session lead. Use this time to review the progress you made on your strategy, practice your pitch, address a pain point, or discuss a section to clarify it. The time is yours to pick our brains!

All sessions will be delivered live via Zoom and include a downloadable workbook. After the workshop, attendees may connect with a Green Spark Group Strategy Advisor for additional support on strategy development.

  • How long is the course? 4 weekly sessions / 90 minutes each

  • When is this course? Every Wednesday for a month (4 sessions). Courses start at 9:00 a.m. PT /12:00 p.m. ET.  

  • Who is this for? Small to medium-sized companies in the entertainment industry. 

  • What do the sessions look like? This will be an open workshop with a small group of industry peers, facilitated by Green Spark Group experts. No confidential information will be shared. There may be opportunities to learn and be inspired by work or actions taking place at other companies.

  • Who from my company should attend? It’s more impactful with a colleague. Please feel free to bring your coworkers. No extra fee.

  • What’s included in my registration fee?

    • Four 90-minute sessions delivered by a Green Spark Group Strategy Expert for you and colleagues from your organization.

    • A How-to-Strategy workbook, including a presentation template you could use to present updates and progress to your company leadership. 

    • A 90 min. 1:1 session with a Green Spark Group Strategy Expert. This optional session can be used to provide targeted advice and/or provide feedback on your company’s strategy development. This can be scheduled for the workshop sessions or at any time thereafter.
